Q. What equipment do I need?

A yoga mat is all you need to get started. To support better alignment and deepen your practice, we recommend having a few basic props nearby — a yoga block, a yoga strap, and access to a wall are helpful additions. If you don’t have yoga props at home, simple household alternatives work just as well: a thick book or cushion in place of a block, a belt or dupatta instead of a strap, and any clear wall space for support.

Q. What is the difference between the 2-week and 4-week options?
