Praveen & Shiva are excellent yoga instructors, supported by others it makes a fantastic team. Second best way to learn something is to take a course, best way is to teach one. Here they teach you how to teach so its quite cool. Plus Rinku makes really nice food & the beach is nearby. The AC accomodations are about next door to the ashram and Grishma Desai is a superb Ayurveda expert. Worth it!

The 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training here was wonderful. We had amazing alignment classes with Santosh, fun and great Ashtanga classes with Praveen, who also took care of all our needs in a friendly, professional and caring way, and the Ayurveda course with Dr. Grishma was so interesting! There was also morning meditation on the rocks, included dolphin excursion and Indian cooking class with our friendly chef... I would go back in a heartbeat to Agonda and to the school and I can only recommend it 🙂

 You’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer the comfort of your personal practice space. However, we also provide clean yoga mats and props at the retreat, so you can travel light and still feel supported.

Prices vary based on location, length of stay, and type of accommodation – including meals, and daily classes. We aim to offer both simplicity and value—without compromising on quality or care.

Each retreat location is accessible by at least one of air, road and rail routes. We’ll guide you through the easiest route, and offer optional transport assistance from nearby hubs. All details will be provided upon booking.

We understand that plans can shift. Our standard policy allows for free cancellation up to XX days before the retreat. Closer to the start date, partial refunds or credits may apply. Full terms will be shared with your registration confirmation.
