Born and brought up in Rishikesh, the yoga capital of the world, Aparna Sharma has always looked for deeper meaning of life with yoga. From a young age, she has been a seeker and is curious about knowing the hidden secrets beyond the physical aspects of yoga. Her journey with yoga and wellness began at the age of 15 and over the years she understood how yoga is much more than just physical postures and is a transformative journey towards enlightenment. In 2017, she completed her Master’s in Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, which is known for its focus in traditional yoga teachings.
Alongside this, she also pursued global certifications and completed both 200 hour as well as 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training programs. Aparna worked hard and contributed to teaching yoga as well as guiding people on a path of self-reflection and inner-balance. Each session with her feels like a brand new lesson where she teaches you that yoga is a never-ending process with numerous opportunities of growth. Ashtanga Yoga
Pankaj Sharma is known for his dedication towards yoga. His journey began with being inspired by the spiritual energy that flows through Rishikesh, at a very young age. With more than 15 years of consistent practice, dedication, and teaching experience, he has fully immersed himself in every aspect of yoga, from the rich cultural lineages as well as modern techniques. Pankaj studied at the renowned Parmarth Niketan Ashram for eight formative years and then he decided to delve his knowledge into Hatha Yoga. He studied the Vedic scriptures, ancient yoga philosophy, Sanskrit, and mantra chanting which were all deeply rooted in the Hindi traditions.
Pankaj also trained under various respected yogis across Rishikesh and then expanded his learnings with a 6 month program at Vishwa Guru Yoga and Meditation Institute to expand his learning. Later on he completed a comprehensive yoga program in 2015 at Ved Niketan Dham. pankaj’s passion for Ashtanga yoga style took him to Mysore, which is a global hub for Ashtanga practitioners. Pankaj practiced at K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga institute in the years 2020 and 2022. Over the years, he continued learning from several teachers in Rishikesh and then integrated diverse perspectives about yoga in his own style of teaching. Famous for his calm presence and precise instruction, Pankak is passionate about helping every individual to build a stronger foundation in their presence.

Popularly known as Swami Atma, Swami Atmanand is a widely respected and experienced yoga teacher who dedicated his entire life to the spiritual growth and dissemination of yogic wisdom. He is one of the very few teachers who is globally known for his contribution to yoga and wellness. Born and brought up in Kerala, the birthplace of Ayurveda, he had deep interest in healing since his early years which led him to study the science of Naturopathy and Homeopathy deeply. Swami ji’s true spiritual calling arrived through his connection with Guru Nitya Chaitanya Yati as well as Sudhi Chaitanya, who shaped his entire inner-reflection journey.
Swami Atma began his yogic journey at Kailash Ashram and then refined his skills over the years with intense study under Swami Adhyatmanandaji Maharaj at Sivananda Ashram. Hailing from the breathtaking surroundings of Rishikesh, Shivam Joshi is a good yoga instructor who was naturally drawn towards the world of yoga from a young age. His yoga journey began with a deep inner calling, which he formalized by earning a Bachelor’s degree in the Yoga Sciences from the University of Patanjali. With more than four years of experience both in teaching and practicing yoga, Shivan has incorporated his expertise in a subtle yet powerful way. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Yoga, he is also combining advanced practices of meditation, philosophy, and medication.

Acharya Prashant Jakhmola

At the age of 17, Acharya Prashant Jakhmola began his yoga journey at Sivananda Yoga Ashram. He was initially drawn to the physical aspect of yoga but gradually discovered that this is much more than just bodily movements. Deeply immersed in the daily yogic practices, his heart and mind began to gravitate towards the spiritual significance of yoga. For over two years, he spent his days and nights in an ashram and studied Iyengar yoga along with graduating in Biology. This elaborated his understanding towards anatomy of every body and the mind-body connection. Acharya Prashant Jakhmola joined the Bihar School of Yoga in 2012 to enhance his spiritual growth and embrace the path of Karma Yoga. This place became a profound turning point in his life, which marked his entry into a yogic life with full commitment as he took diksha from his first guru Swamini Satsangi Ji. After he received his yoga instructor certification, he returned to Rishikesh to pursue his post graduation from the Uttarakhand Sanskrit University in Yoga. With this, he also studied age-old vedic texts and yogic philosophies from institutions like Kailash Ashram.
Acharya Prashant Jakhmola ji continued his yoga journey under Saraswathi Jois, the daughter of K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore. Her guidance made him learn the intensity and discipline of Ashtanga yoga, which inspired him to deepen his practice. He pursued a PhD in yoga and began teaching in Rishikesh by providing free early morning yoga sessions to the locals. His dedication in transforming his students started grabbing a lot of attention, which eventually led him to teach at several yoga schools, retreats, workshops, and conferences.

Born and brought up in Rishikes, he was introduced to the yogic world very early by his parents. He is guided by the belief that there are only learnings and no mistakes in life. After his post graduation diploma in Yoga Therapy at Kaivalyadhama Institute in Lonavala, he had his profound moment, where he realized the potential and wisdom of yoga. He felt a calling to share this knowledge with others and that’s how he started his yoga teaching journey. The style of Vikramjeet’s teachings are a combination of alignments focused on Iyengar yoga, foundational principles of Hatha, and fluid moments of Vinyasa. Praveen Reddy was born and brought up in the vibrant city of Bangalore, also known as India’s Garden City. With more than eight years of yogic experience, Praveen has an inspiring journey which reflects both depth and dedication. He is majorly known as a visionary leader and an expert yoga teacher who has transformed the lives of several individuals. His deep interest in the world of yoga began when he joined serious training under some of the most respected yoga teachers in India. He completed a 250-hour Yoga Teacher Training program in Mumbai, from one of the most prestigious yoga schools in the world. He further refined his skills and teaching methods by completing the 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course from Yoga Darshanam in Mysore. While practicing there, he learnt the core principles of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Traditional Hatha, and Vinyasa flow yoga styles.
Praveen Reddy trained directly under R. Sharath Jois, the grandson of K. Pattabhi Jois, who is considered as a legend of modern Ashtanga Yoga. Dr. Grishma Dessai was born and brought up amidst the mesmerizing landscapes of Goa, where she developed a connection with healing and nature at an early age. Her interest in Ayurveda and sustainable lifestyle led her to complete her Bachelors in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery from GAMRC, Goa. After completing her graduation she joined an Ayurvedic hospital and gained clinical experience as a medical intern. Combining her yogic wisdom and medical knowledge, she is also a certified 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher and completed her course from Shiva Shakti Yoga, Goa. Her classes are different as she brings a unique approach to teaching and clearing doubts of every individual learning from her. Her career has spanned in both wellness and performance spaces as she has worked hand-in-hand with popular athletes, coaches, and physiotherapists at the Lord’s Cricket Ground.

Vishwajeet Singh Ji was born and brought up in Haridwar, the spiritual hub of India. He belongs to Gayatri Pariwar (community of Saints) and spent most of his teenage years in Haridwar as well as Rishikesh. He learned various spiritual practices in his early age and was blessed to have a grandfather who was a great yogi himself. Vishwajeet learnt yoga and ancient philosophy from his grandfather in his childhood and continued his learnings from his elder brother Jagjeet Singh, who is also a Yogi as well as his guru. He went to corners of India and gained more insights and teachings of yoga which made him reach the depth of the world of yoga. He practiced yoga and meditation on a regular basis to understand the purpose of life clearly. After completing his college, Vishwajeet decided to pursue yoga as a full time career. He started spreading all the knowledge and wisdom he acquired from everywhere about yoga and wellness. Attending his classes is one of a kind experience as he believes in hand-in-hand teaching style. He studied at the National Institute of Yoga and went on to complete his M.Sc. in Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, deepening both his practice and academic understanding of yoga. Recognized for his dedication, he was awarded the Ratan Award by the Indian Yoga Federation in 2016. His excellence in practice also earned him a Gold Medal at the National Yoga Championship.
